You've tried everything to lose belly fat, but nothing that you do not seem to work. Instead, you're probably getting fatter, even though you seem to be working very hard to reduce your waistline.

What is happening? Have you tried the fat loss pills that you saw in the infomercials. You bought the abs gadgets that promised to lose belly fat until the summer. The summer came and went. Thus did fall, winter and spring, and back to summer, but still no results.

The problem is that you're doing it all wrong. You simply have incomplete or simply wrong information. If your goal is to lose belly fat, there are three things you should never do, and you're probably doing them all. Here they are:

1. Do not listen to infomercials.

Those you see infomercials that promise that you will lose belly fat, but nothing to cause confusion. They say you'll be fine, but you have to buy your fat loss pill. You bought the pill and never worked.

They say you can lose belly fat, but you have to buy your abs gadget. You bought, and the infomercial said he could do it while sitting on your couch.

Well, you're sitting on your couch for weeks, using abs gadget, and still no results. What gives?

The problem is the infomercials themselves, and they try to pass as legitimate ways to lose belly fat. Those fat burning pill will get rid of anything but your money. These gadgets can work your abs abs, but it does no good if you still have a layer of fat around her.

2. Do hundreds of sets and repetitions of abdominal exercises.
